ALDO Security – is the trading name of S.C. ALDO SECURITY SRL., a Romanian legal person with the headquarters in Bucharest, Strada Susita, nr 5, sector 1, having running number in the Trade Register J40/2223/1999 and Sole Registration Code RO11547578.


Buyer – a legal person or any legal entity making an Order.

Client - a legal person that has or obtains access to the CONTENT, by any means of communication made available by ALDO SECURITY (electronically, by phone, etc.).

Site – the domain www.aldosecurity.ro and the sub-domains (sigilii.ro, sigiliiplastic.ro, sigiliimetalice.ro).

Order - a document (hard or soft copy) entered into as a means of communication between the Seller and the Buyer, under which the Buyer communicates to the Seller the former’s intention to purchase Goods or Services on the Site.

Goods and Services – any product or service to be provided by the Seller to the Buyer, as a result of an Order/signed Contract.

Campaign – the action of exposing, for commercial purposes, a finished number of the Goods and/or Services in a limited predefined stock, for a limited period of time, as determined by the Seller.

Order/Contract – is the distance contract entered into between the Seller and the Buyer, without the physical presence at the same time thereof.

1. Order 

The accepted ordering methods are e-mail or fax. Other ordering methods (phone, SMS, etc.) are not accepted. E-mail - info@ aldosecurity. Ro, Fax - 021.326.37.21

For order validation, the SDSC (digital order supervision system) will issue a confirmation e-mail. When there are errors, omissions or if the Client wishes to make changes to the order, the Client is kindly requested to contact ALDO SECURITY by e-mail and/or telephone within at most 24 hours after receiving the confirmation e-mail. Otherwise, the order will be consider valid.

2. Minimum order

The orders are launched for full boxes (1 000, 500 or 200 pieces, depending on the model). Orders may also be launched for smaller quantities (for selected models), but such quantities will be multiples of 100, and the prices will be different.

3. Payment means

Standard seals with series – payment in advance (proforma invoice) or payment upon receipt by carrier, for orders below 350 Euros. Customized seals - payment in advance (proforma invoice) for orders below 350 Euros or time payment, according to a contract entered into between the Seller and the Buyer.

The Seller will issue for the Buyer an invoice for the delivered Goods and Services, and the Buyer has the obligation to provide all information needed to issue the invoice in accordance with the legislation in effect.

4. Delivery term

The delivery time is one to eight days, depending on the model, availability, marking method, production workload, etc.

5. Transportation:

The prices DO NOT include transportation..

The products will be dispatched by express courier, and the transportation costs will be paid by the beneficiary.

The orders may be delivered at the client’s headquarters, with the transportation costs being borne by our company ONLY for the orders of more than 200 Euros.

The products paid become the Beneficiary’s property, and the risks related to the transportation (delays, damages of the packages, etc.) will devolve upon the latter.

6. Warranties

All products delivered by ALDO Security are warranted for 6 (six) months of the purchase date, subject to the storage conditions to be met. The products are warranted against manufacturing flaws.

In case of nonconforming products, the Beneficiary has the duty to inform the Seller, within the shortest timeframe, on the nonconformity and to send samples of the defective products to the Seller, for inspection purposes.

7. Return policy

Due to their special features, the customized seals MAY NOT BE returned after being dispatched from the ALDO Security warehouse.


Neither of the parties will be liable for the failure to execute their contractual obligations if such failure to execute on time and/or in an appropriate manner, in whole or in part, is cause by a Force Majeure event. The Force Majeure is an unpredictable, unavoidable event , beyond the parties’ control.


This Contract is subject to the Romanian law. Any potential disputes arising between ALDO Security and Clients/Buyers will be settled amicably or, when this is not possible, the disputes will be settled by the competent courts of law of the Municipality of Bucharest.

10. Liability

ALDO Security will not be liable for any type of damages arising from the use of their products, including, without limitation, to direct, indirect, accidental damages, etc.

11. Personal data protection

The Client’s personal data are stored on a secure serves and are accessible to only a limited number of persons having special access rights for this system.

ALDO Security does not sell, trade or transfer personal data to third parties.
